    About Dubai Tour Packages

Positioned as a larger than life destination, Dubai is designed to impress. From the highest tower in the world at Burj Khalifa to striking shopping malls loaded with gold jewelry stores and top fashion labels, a glamorous culinary scene, and cutting edge architecture literally

at every turn – Dubai is a city of dreams. Envisioned as the glamor, corporate, financial, and aviation hub of the Middle East by the visionary members of its royal family, Dubai promises the world, all within the Emirate of Dubai, sandwiched between Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

All Dubai packages begin with a 3 to 4 hour flight from many Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore among many other tier 2 cities as well. As one steps out of the Dubai International airport, the blazing E 11 with its fast cars takes the breath away.

Sheikh Zayed Road, the Dubai leg of E 11 highway, stretches along the Persian Gulf between its borders with Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and is the arterial road of Dubai. Most of Dubai’s iconic architectural marvels are on either side of this highway. It connects all the main parts of town along the Persian Gulf – from Deira and Bur Dubai to the north, Jumeirah in the central part, and Jebel Ali towards the south. The famous hotels in Dubai such as Atlantis and Al Arab Jumeirah, the modern architectural marvel Burj Khalifa, the historic Dubai Creek and many other landmarks connect easily via this arterial highway.

Celebrating Eid in Dubai is a riveting experience. Hotels offer attractive discounts, malls likewise have markdowns, restaurants and cafes are buzzing, and the city wears a festive look. Likewise Diwali marks the start of the pleasant season in Dubai, which reaches a crescendo around Christmas and New Year. These are some of the festivals around which travelers could schedule their travel plans for their Dubai tour packages. Although a packed events and cultural calendar of Dubai makes it a year round destination.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) consists of seven independent city-states: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Umm Al Qaiwain, Fujairah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah. Week long Dubai holiday packages also feature visits to Abu Dhabi, which offers multiple attractions like Ferrari World among others. The largest Emirate of UAE, Abu Dhabi covers over 80% of the territory followed by Dubai with 5%.

    Best Time to visit Dubai
Dubai is a year-round destination. With a calendar full of events throughout the year, there is no real lean season in Dubai. Winters are preferred, but summers offer good deals. It is also a great time to enjoy the water parks of Dubai.

Dubai’s desert climate features two distinct seasons. Winter typically is from November through March and early April. The winter months are pleasant, and tailor made to enjoy outdoor activities. Temperatures hover between 15°C to 28°C. Summers on the other hand are very hot with temperatures touching 45°C to 50 °C. However, the redeeming part is that most of the indoor activities are in full swing, especially the world’s largest indoor skiing center at Ski World.

    1. Dubai Beaches

After experiencing the heights of the Burj Khalifa, unwind on the pristine beaches of Dubai. Dubai's beaches, such as Jumeirah Beach and Kite Beach, offer more than just a place to relax. They provide a vibrant atmosphere filled with water sports, beachside cafes, and stunning views of the city skyline. Whether you're looking to swim, sunbathe, or engage in activities like paddleboarding and jet skiing, Dubai’s beaches cater to every taste. 2. Stoll along the Dubai Marina
Picture this: Swanky high-rises looking into a water channel from the sea with the finest yachts anchored to multiple piers. This is the picture that greets you at Dubai Marina. Surrounded by premium apartments the Dubai Marina, it is set amidst artificial canals built along the Persian Gulf shoreline. A stroll through this area with its futurist Metro Station architecture tells a story of its aspirations.
    3. Boat /Dhow ride on Dubai Creek
At the other end of the spectrum is the stretch between Deira and Bur Dubai. A boat ride in the traditional dhow is the perfect way to get glimpses of what Dubai must have been before its independence in 1971 – a medieval fishing and trading outpost on the Persian Gulf. The stark contrast with contemporary Dubai sets the context to comprehend the rapid strides taken by Dubai over the last fifty years, when the master plan of modern Dubai was laid out. After the ride walk along the waterfront, try rich culinary offerings that hark back to another time, and imagine how a small fishing village with pearl-divers in the 18th century, transformed into a business and luxury destination par excellence.
    4. Take a Culinary Trail in Dubai
While Dubai is justifiably one of the best destinations for a culinary buff with signature restaurants from the world’s finest chefs, it is worth doing a restaurants crawl in the old quarter of Al Karama or simply Karama, which showcases Dubai’s traditional dishes along with a variety of Asian cuisines from nearby Iran, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. Look out for Bedouin meal platter and local dishes such as Balaleet, Chabab (pancake) and machboos (meat served with rice). Being the hub of many ethnic groups that stay in this Bur Dubai district, it also features many South Indian and North Indian restaurants.
    5. Go Dune Bashing in Dubai
The desert stretches of Dubai offer a plethora of activities such as dune bashing on Toyota Lands Cruisers, quad bikes, sand boarding, camel safaris et al. By far the most popular of these is dune bashing. The sands of Al Awir, Liwa, Bidayer and the Desert Conservation Reserve are some of the popular sites for these activities.

    Places to Visit in Dubai

    1. Neighbourhood of Jumeirah
A premium coastal area, Jumeirah features premium housing in the form of independent sea facing houses and super luxury hotels like Al Arab Jumeriah. At the time of independence in 1971, this was the centre of the colonial residents and later became a plush expat base. The discovery of Jumeirah Archaeological Site in 1961 threw light on the early settlements here. As far back as 10 th century CE, it had a settlement during reign of the Abbasid Caliphate, and was on the trading caravan routes of the Middle East. The tribes living here were fisherfolk and traders. All this changed with colonialism, and post-independence it has becoming one of epicentres of contemporary Dubai with plush hotels like Al Arab Jumeirah, the Theatre of Digital Art (ToDA), the Jumeirah Beach and the Knowledge Centre forming some its key attractions. One can also see and experience the offshore artificial islands developed by Dubai for entertainment, hospitality and super rich housing – the Palm Jumeirah being one example.
    2. The Dubai Museum
This is a must visit for culture buffs. Situated in the 18th-century Al Fahidi fort, the Dubai Museum features artefacts and exhibits on the region’s history and way of life before European colonisation. See exhibits that showcase the journey of this fishing village from an obscure Bedouin hamlet to a buzzing 21 st century global city. Once the residence of local kings, the archaeological findings showcased in one of galleries tell the story of Dubai ancient past, when it was a trading out post under the Abbasid Caliphate, whose territory spanned from West Asia, to North Africa and Spain. One could combine a visit to Dubai Museum with a quick visit to the Al Baraha Defensive Tower in Deira that served as a watch tower to spot seafaring pirates in the 19 th century.
    3. Dubai Mall
No visit to Dubai would be complete without experiencing its iconic malls. Topping the list is the Dubai Mall, housed in Dubai’s most famous landmark – Burj Khalifa. From the finest jewellery to the leading designer wear, Dubai Mall sets the benchmark for a contemporary retail experience. The Dubai Mall Aquarium is yet another showstopper, as is the Dubai Fountain display that cascades to the beat of music every evening at a designated hour.
    4. Ski World at the Mall of the Emirates
The world’s largest indoor ski resort, Ski World is staggering even as a thought. In the desert of UAE it maintains a freezing temperature between -1 degree to 1 degree through the year. Housed in the Mall of the Emirates, with Hotel Kempinski in the complex, it is a destination for ski buffs. An indoor mountain rising to 280 feet sets the tone for five slopes of varying degrees of gradient. It has all the paraphernalia associated with a regular ski resort such as chairlifts to transport skiers to the hill top. The adjoining Snow Park comprising sled and toboggan runs, giant snowballs and many other activities are a delight, especially for kids.
    5. Museum of the Future
The brain child of the current ruler of Dubai, the Museum of the Future was inaugurated in 2022. It takes visitors into a journey of the future across five floors, each with a distinct theme. The Orbital Space Station (OSS) Hope, situated on the fifth floor for example, takes visitors into a space odyssey five decades in future i.e. in 2070s. The HEAL Institute on the fourth floor draws the attention to ecological concerns and how the Earth could heal and repair itself from the current ravages. It is a must visit for all curious minds, especially young ones who have an entire floor dedicated to their aspirations.
    6. Atlantis Aquaventure and Other Waterparks
One of the prime attractions of Dubai are its many water parks. And the Atlantis Aquaventure, located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah located well into the Persian Gulf, is one of the very best in this category. From over 100 joy rides on gigantic roller coasters to snorkelling and diving in the open water, this park is all that and more. It is a delight for aqua buffs of all age groups. Wild Wadi is another waterpark worth exploring. Centrally located near Blue Flag certified Jumeirah Beach, it is easily accessible with excellent facilities all around. From public beaches and top hotels, to malls close by makes this a family affair, with a bit for everyone.
